How long does it take to make an order?
The lead time for an order depends on three factors: the complexity of the painting, the writing style, and the size. Average lead time is 7 days, excluding delivery time. In some cases, at the request of the customer, you can reduce the period to 5 days.
Note: If you decide to change something in the picture, make adjustments - this may take additional time, which is not taken into account in the agreed deadline.
Will I be able to see the painting before receiving it?
Yes. When ready, we send a digital photo of your painting by e-mail, so that you can, if necessary, make your own adjustments and wishes, if any. You can also see the painting "live" in our showroom. Report this to your manager.
What format should the photos be
We work with all known image formats! Through the site you can upload JPEG, TIFF, PNG up to 50 megabytes in size. You must own the copyright or have permission to use the image. If you have a different image format (RAW, PDF), then you can use the FTP uploader. If you want to make a photo from a paper photo (not digital), send it to us, we will scan, process and return the photo with your order!
Can I give special instructions to the artist
When you place your order on the site, you can add your comments in a special text field. You can also: merge objects from different photos into one or remove objects from a photo, you can change the background, change clothes, outfits, make a color painting from a black and white photo, and also order a painting from a damaged or old photo.
